Today I ran....

....3.4 miles in the same time it took me to run 3 miles two days ago. I would say that's progress!

This, unfortunately, will be a very short post. I am crazy busy with work, but feel the need to post my running progress. I think it gives me motivation to keep moving forward, and I am really pumped at the progress I made today!

Even though I had so much work to do, I knew that if I got my run out of the way, I would be more likely to focus better on work. My dad always said "pay yourself first". I keep that in mind in so many aspects of my life. Dad, I miss you terribly, know you would be proud of me, and treasure all that you taught me.
