Hope everyone has a wonderful blessed day! Here's a pic of this year's tie-dyed eggs. They're different, and fun to do.
Well, small steps this week. Lost almost a pound this week. That's okay, considering I was afraid the scale wasn't going to go down at all. Yesterday we took a trip to Atlantic City casinos with a friend and had a wonderful day. We went to the buffet for dinner. I had salad and shrimp, one stuffed shell, but then went back for a little pasta and ended with dessert, a small piece of carrot cake and a tiny bit of sugar-free peach cobbler. Not so sure that was a good day for me, but at least it was the first day of the week and I have the rest of the week to stay on program.
My "plan" for Easter is to have some ham, lots of salad, whatever veggie they cook (usually lima beans and corn) and maybe have a roll. That's it (I hope). Going for a run would have been a great idea this morning, but I have absolutely no energy for some reason. Oh, well, it will wait until Tuesday, I suppose.
Anyway, again, HOPPY EASTER!
