Slim Pickins'

My desk is full of "little" jobs that are taking all of the day to get done.  Weather is getting nasty again, rain and wind, flooding possible.  Refrigerator is down to the slimmest of pickins.  Maving leftover pork chops from last night.  Took a container of leftover cream of broccoli soup from the freezer to cook the chops in, with some carrots and rutabega on the side.    Just not much excitement around here.

Hoping to get work done early tomorrow morning so I can get my weekly "long run" in.  Fingers crossed.

Been slipping a little at night with the "treats".  Last night, craved chocolate and hit the "stash".  Well, at least it was sugar free, one serving, and I tracked the points.  The night before, it was miniature cookies, and I lost count and didn't count them.   I feel like I'm kind of losing control at night.  Going for a big bowl of strawberries tonight.  Sounds good, and it's about the only thing left in the fridge.  Ha ha!
