Fingers Crossed Friday

Well, tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in. Fingers crossed that I was able to "undo" some of the damage I did at the beginning of the week. Regardless, I feel good about how I've been the last few days, tried to eat better, and went for a real good run yesterday. Still struggling with tracking points. What is with that? I have always been such a faithful tracker.

So anyway, I decided to treat myself tonight. I should have gone back and did another hour of work after dinner, but just wanted to be "off the clock" for the night. So after dinner, I went in and took a nice hot bath. Now the next question is what to get into tonight. I really, really should get that brand new sewing machine out and finish my first project (which I started shortly after Christmas), but not feeling it. Might pull out some yarn and do a little crocheting. My Aunt gave me these cool books on crocheting projects (think they're from the 70's by the looks of the hair styles and fashion), and there are some neat patterns for table cloths (small, like for a coffee table) that I'd like to try, but I'm going to feel guilty that I'm not finishing my sewing project. Hmmm, maybe I won't do either!

Well, anyway, dinner was good, baked tilapia, cauliflower (Birdseye Steamfresh - very tasty), broccoli (Birdseye Steamfresh - again, very tasty), salad and some roasted veggies. Would rather have pizza but never ever on a Friday night with weigh-in tomorrow.

Picked up a gorgeous filet mignon today ($2.99 a pound at our local Meat Market!!!), and they cut it for free. Can't wait to fire up the grill for those babies. My favorite thing to cook on the grill is a nice steak and some grilled veggies.

What's your favorite food to grill?
